Poetic Library: Spotlight Series
Interviews with your favourite poetry pals, zooms calls and more!
So, you liked the Poetic Library? Did you think I was done? I’ve got some good news for you. This is just the beginning:
Introducing the Poetic Library: Spotlight Series!
We’re not just stopping at cataloguing these poetic ‘stacks - no. We’re building a poetic community which will get
’s legs a-shaking - and perhaps, finally, a poetry section on this platform. This Spotlight Series has two components:Monthly interviews with your favourite poets to get the inside scoop on all things poetic and writerly. Want to know about the poetic process, want to know their coffee order, their favourite plant, author, book? I’ve got you covered - you’ll get to know your favourite poets right here.
Monthly (with the potential to increase depending on demand) Zoom meetings with you (yes, you!) where we discuss poetic works from the Poetic Library. That’s right, we’re delving into the poetry on those shelves—you didn’t really think I just let it all sit there did you?
Here’s where it gets really fun: we’ll use that poem as a springboard for our own creativity. Think writing prompts, brainstorming sessions, and the chance to share and workshop our creations with fellow poetry lovers.
How do I get involved?
You might be wondering, “How do I get in on this poetic party?”
Monthly interviews for the inside scoop:
The interviews with our esteemed poets will be exclusively for paid subscribers.
Our monthly Zoom workshops will be open to paid subscribers. If you would like to join, become a paid subscriber. As a paid subscriber, you will receive emails with the Zoom details and resources for the session. You will also receive recordings of the Zoom sessions afterwards—in case you can’t attend.
So, whether you’re a seasoned poet or just dipping your toes into the world of verse, the Poetic Library: Spotlight Series has something for everyone. Let’s build this community into something formidable. I can’t wait to meet you and get to know you in our Zooms.
watch this space; we poets are uniting.See you on the shelves.

Sounds Great!
Roses are Red and Saffron is Golden - Poetry is Cool - and we're all Beholden!
Sounds great, interested in hearing interviews from other poets, and contributing where I can. I'm wondering will zooms be recorded for GMT based timezone? Will do that coffee sub for sure.
